Information we collect

• Your email address and subscription source when you join the newsletter.
• The information you submit through the creator enquiry form, including your name, work email and project details.
• Limited technical and referral information when you follow a campaign link, such as the referring page, browser user agent and campaign tags. We do not intentionally store your full IP address in our campaign-click records.
• Routine server logs maintained by our hosting and security providers.

How we use it

We use this information to deliver and improve the newsletter, respond to creators, measure campaign interest, prevent abuse, administer commercial arrangements, and operate and secure the service.

Service providers and international processing

We use service providers for website hosting, email delivery, security, analytics and automation. Kit processes newsletter subscriptions and delivery. OpenAI may process public product and campaign information for research and drafting; the automation is configured not to send subscriber lists or creator-form personal information to the AI research workflow. Providers may process information in countries other than your own.

Commercial links

Tracked links help us count visits to selected campaigns and may support affiliate reporting. Affiliate networks and destination websites apply their own privacy policies and may use their own cookies or identifiers after you leave our site.

Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, legal obligations and legitimate business records. We use access controls, software updates and least-privilege credentials, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from any newsletter email. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal information. Contact hello@thenextobject.com. We may need to verify your request.
